Return policy

CURRENTLY ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. If there is any issue with your order please reach out to us at notice.finejewelry@gmail.com with your name, order number and address and NFJ will endeavor to solve it upon review. If we do find that you are approved to return or exchange your item the process is as follows:

Approved Return Policy

Effective June 2023

NOTICE You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate your complimentary approved return to original form of payment or a different variation of the same item

  • Approved returns and exchanges are valid for orders placed within the US only
  • We will provide an insured, prepaid label. Once the label is generated, you have 7 days to have your package scanned at a local USPS location
  • Upon receipt of your approved return, we will inspect your item within 5 business days to ensure it adheres to our guidelines listed under our Exchange Approval section
  • Merchandise tag must be attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition

APPROVED RETURN WINDOW

If within 14 days from the delivery date you change your mind, we are happy to REVIEW YOUR INQUIRY to resolve any issue. You may opt to do an even exchange for the same item in a different size or color. We do not accept any returns or exchanges after the listed approved return window.

Once a return is initiated upon approval and the label is created, the package must be scanned by USPS within seven (7) days. Please note that we require items to be returned to us via our preferred shipping service so that they are insured and protected. 

Once we have received your return back, we will process it within five (5) business days. Your item must be sent with all tags attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition.

Upon approval, we will email you to confirm your refund to original form of payment, ship out in stock exchange items, or begin production on your new item.

EXCLUSIONS

Personalized pieces (including engrave-able ), non-jewelry accessories, sale items that have been permanently marked down, and select made to order pieces are final sale with no exceptions. All custom orders, as well as pre-orders, are final sale. Items that are considered final sale will be clearly marked. 

Orders sent back to NFJ without approval are subject to additional fees and the order may be returned at the customer’s expense. 

 

Exchange for different color/size

Upon inquiry approval, in stock items will be held until we have received your item back and have approved your exchange. Please note that lead times on made to order pieces will not begin until we process your exchange. Be sure to look at the lead time when initiating an even exchange.

If your exchange item does not adhere to our guidelines listed below, NFJ reserves the right to deny an exchange and ship the item back, at the customer’s expense.

ELIGIBILITY/GUIDELINES

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned from within the United States. All pieces that are eligible for a return or exchange must be sent with all tags attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition.

APPROVAL

For your return to be approved, you must adhere to our conditions below. NFJ reserves the right not to accept an item if any of the below conditions are not met, and the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.  

  • Your item must be sent with all tags attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition
  • All of our NFJ pieces come with a merchandise tag and the merchandise tag must be attached and unaltered in any way
  • Conditions for Return

  • You may return an approved product purchased from NOTICE FINE JEWELRY or on www.noticefinejewelry.com anywhere in the United States within the above approved return period, subject to your compliance with the following conditions:

    • You include all original packaging in like new condition;
    • You include all tags, stickers, or other identifying labels on the Product in undamaged like new condition;
    • You include all documentation in undamaged like new condition;
    • You include the product in undamaged like new condition; and
    • You include a receipt documenting your purchase of the product at www.noticefinejewelry.com within the above exchange period.

     

    Timing

    NOTICE FINE JEWELRY will endeavor to resolve order issues/inquiries, store credit or ship a replacement item within 5-7 business days of receiving an approved returned product or will ship a replacement item that complies with the conditions for approved return set forth above.  If your contested approved return is not a result of a NOTICE FINE JEWELRY error, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs for the products from your approved refund or store credit.
